Tender lobster, sweet cherry tomatoes: it’s the taste of coastal summers.
💡 Real origin:
“Pasta all’astice” is a traditional dish in Campania and Calabria, often served at family celebrations or seaside restaurants.
Bold. Earthy. Satisfying.
Smoked pancetta, roasted eggplant, and Neapolitan tomato sauce, finished with Pecorino Romano.
💡 Orecchiette, “little ears”, is a pasta from Apulia, perfect for holding sauce.
