Tender lobster, sweet cherry tomatoes: it’s the taste of coastal summers.

Pasta all’astice” is a traditional dish in Campania and Calabria, often served at family celebrations or seaside restaurants.

🍆 ORECCHIETTE WITH NEAPOLITAN SAUCE, PANCETTA, EGGPLANT, MUSHROOMS & PECORINO

Bold. Earthy. Satisfying.
Smoked pancetta, roasted eggplant, and Neapolitan tomato sauce, finished with Pecorino Romano.

💡 Orecchiette, “little ears”, is a pasta from Apulia, perfect for holding sauce.

A creative vegetarian choice.
Nuts for texture, yellow tomatoes for sweetness, and a zesty rocket pesto to tie it all together.
