The week of 15 June at MyCaffé opens with warm sun and five dishes that feel like summer decided to take Italian cooking seriously. Cavatelli with zucchini and mussel cream, strawberry risotto with balsamic and stracciatella, girasoli stuffed with asparagus and lamb ragù, spinach and lemon chicken lasagna, halal chicken tagliata. Monday to Saturday.

Five dishes that read the mood of a quieter June week. Orecchiette with celery-scented octopus on potato cream, sea bream risotto with asparagus and almond, ricotta and lemon ravioli with confit cherry tomato, tagliolini with beef and mushroom sauce, and halal chicken tagliata. Summer arrives in Belval this week with temperatures touching 30°C and a menu to match. Five dishes, a long weekend behind us and the terrace calling. Bresaola risotto with lemon, duo of ravioli, maccheroni with aubergine fondue, squid ink spaghettoni and a bresaola carpaccio. Tuesday to Saturday at MyCaffé.
