A week that opens at 36°C and closes near 22°C, carrying July into August along the way. Six dishes: orecchiette with halal beef in green pepper, swordfish tagliatelle, artichoke and squid risotto, ovali with buffalo mozzarella, the Puccia Polipo, and halal chicken tagliata. Monday to Saturday at MyCaffé Belval.
