Lobster meets sweet cherry tomatoes in this coastal-inspired classic.
💡 Origin: Pasta all’astice is a beloved dish in southern Italian coastal towns: a favourite at celebrations.
Paccheri (from Naples) gets its name from the sound it makes: “pac pac” — the joyful sound of pasta landing in sauce.
Here, it comes alive with a rich pesto of yellow cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, and rocket.
A bold, rarely seen recipe.
Capocollo, a prized Southern Italian cured meat, is paired with turmeric and mint for a twist of spice and freshness.
