After a weekend away from you, MyCaffé is back this week with sunshine on the terrace and flavour in every bite.
You don’t need a plane ticket, we’ve brought Italy to your plate.
On the menu this week:
🦞 Tagliatelle with lobster and cherry tomato – a coastal southern Italian classic, prepared with time and love.
🧀 Paccheri with orange cauliflower cream, peppers, and Grana Padano flakes – a vibrant vegetarian dish, as colourful as summer.
🐗 Eliche stuffed with Caciocavallo and Capocollo, with wild boar sauce – a bold flavour fusion, comforting and rustic.
🐟 Sea bream with lemon, served with salad – fresh, bright, and perfect for light lunch lovers.
🍄 Veal liver with porcini mushrooms, potatoes and salad – a dish from the countryside, rooted in old family traditions.
💡 Paccheri are a traditional Neapolitan pasta. The name mimics the sound they make when hitting the plate — “pac pac”. Originally, they were known as “open-hand pasta” — a soft, loving slap of flavour.
💡 Caciocavallo cheese is aged while hanging in pairs, often straddled across wooden beams (“a cavallo” means “on horseback”) — hence its name.
We add our own MyCaffé twist: generosity, warmth, and a good espresso to finish.
MyCaffé will be closed on Saturday 21 June for a long weekend (public holiday on Monday).
