Every Tuesday, our kitchen starts the day early.
The ½ spit-roasted halal chicken is prepped with care: seasoned simply, like in the small trattorie of southern Italy, and set on the rotisserie to cook low and slow. The aroma of rosemary and golden skin fills the air long before the first guest arrives.

It’s not just a meal. It’s a moment.
Some enjoy it between two lectures. Others drop by with colleagues or grab a takeaway for later. But the feeling is the same: comfort, flavour, and a gentle pause in a busy day.
