There are weeks that taste like comfort.
And at MyCaffé, this one tastes like home, like Italy in autumn when the air cools and the kitchen warms. 🍂

Our chef has prepared three dishes that go beyond flavour.
They tell stories of regions, of traditions, and of the simple joy of gathering around the table.

🍝 Orecchiette with red tuna, cherry tomatoes and spinach sprouts

From Puglia, with love.

The word orecchiette means “little ears”, and legend has it that they were first shaped by hand by grandmothers in Bari, who used the tip of a knife and their thumbs to create tiny pasta shells that could hold the perfect amount of sauce.

At MyCaffé, they come alive again, soft, tender, and full of sunshine.
Here, the deep sea meets the green of the fields: fresh red tuna, cherry tomatoes bursting with sweetness, and young spinach leaves that add a hint of freshness.

Each bite feels like a walk through southern Italy, with the scent of the sea and basil in the air.

The taste of Tuscany, wild and elegant.

In the Tuscan hills, autumn means chestnuts and game, flavours that have shaped the region’s cuisine for centuries. Our chef pays homage to that heritage with these ravioli, made with chestnut pasta that is both earthy and slightly sweet.

Inside, tender wild boar meets the briny richness of black olives and the brightness of asparagus. The result is a dish that feels rustic and refined all at once, just like Tuscany itself.

It is the kind of pasta you do not just eat, you experience it. Slowly. With good wine. And maybe a smile.

🍄 Tagliatelle with eggplant, mushrooms and truffle-scented cherry tomatoes

An ode to the forest and to Italian soul.

Tagliatelle, those golden ribbons of Emilia-Romagna, are the perfect companion for earthy ingredients. Here, they embrace the warmth of mushrooms, the softness of eggplants and the delicate perfume of truffle.

It is a dish that feels like a walk through the woods after the rain, where the air smells of earth and life, and every flavour is a whisper of autumn.
