Each week, as the rest of the world rushes forward, we take a different approach. We slow down. We roast. We savour.
And it all begins in the early morning, when the rotisserie is turned on, the rosemary is crushed, and the kitchen fills with the aroma of something quietly magical: our ½ spit-roasted halal chicken.

It’s a simple dish, but it’s never rushed.
