A colourful and surprising dish. The capocollo brings depth, the turmeric brings heat, and the mint adds that unexpected cool finish. It’s a bold balance — and it works.

🍄 Paccheri with yellow cherry tomato and porcini pesto, topped with fresh rocket
This one’s like a walk in the woods with a burst of sunshine. The porcini are earthy, the yellow tomatoes bright, and the rocket ties it all together with a peppery green touch.
