From Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August, we’re serving dishes that comfort, nourish, and transport you, straight to the heart of Italy.

Orecchiette with clams and broccoli rabe
A classic from Puglia, combining the gentle bitterness of cime di rapa with the sea’s briny sweetness. Humble, flavourful, unforgettable.
