Autumn has arrived, but Belval is glowing again under the gentle return of sunshine. The air is crisp, but there’s warmth in every smile, in every cup of coffee, and especially… in every dish at MyCaffé.
This week, our chef celebrates the balance between the season of comfort and the flavours of light.
🍝 Orecchiette with cuttlefish ragù, arugula, and avocado – a Southern Italian classic revisited. Orecchiette, meaning “little ears”, are handmade pasta from Puglia, once shaped by grandmothers during family gatherings.
🥟 Quadrotti stuffed with beef, served with mushroom cream and crispy onion – tender, aromatic, and perfect for cooler days.
🎃 Cavatelli with pumpkin cream and brandy peppers – a tribute to autumn, when Italian kitchens fill with the scent of roasted pumpkin and warm spices.
🥩 Carpaccio with porcini and Primo Sale cheese – pure elegance, simplicity, and the freshness of the Italian forest.
🐟 Bluefin tuna with valerian salad and mango drops – a bright, sunny touch to remind us: summer never truly leaves Italy.
