• That our Purple Gnocchi, made from ancient potatoes, are as stunning as they are flavourful. That deep violet? Nature’s gift.

• That Schiaffoni, which literally means “big slaps” in Italian, are just as bold in flavour: filled with nuts and beef, coated in gorgonzola and a hint of pesto.
