For this second week of December, our chef has created a menu that brings colour, depth and Italian sunshine to colder days.
A dish that brings the sea to your table. The tender sweetness of lobster, the brightness of cherry tomatoes and the delicate flavour of scampi. Light, elegant and full of Mediterranean charm.
Soft, fragrant and beautifully balanced. The salmon melts gently into the ravioli, the zucchini cream adds smoothness and the toasted almonds offer a subtle crunch.
Simple, colourful and comforting. This dish represents the true heart of Italian cooking. Fresh ingredients, honest flavours and the quiet joy of a delicious meal.
Slow cooked, rich and full of depth. The beef stew coats the Paccheri beautifully. A rustic dish perfect for December.
