When rain falls, flavours bring warmth

This week in Belval, the skies are grey, umbrellas bloom, and footsteps hurry through the drizzle. But step into MyCaffé, and everything changes: time slows, smiles grow, and plates are filled with comfort.

Our weekly menu is a journey:

🍝 Tagliatelle with calamari, spinach and cherry tomatoes – fresh and light, like a Mediterranean breeze.
🥟 Panciotti stuffed with aubergine and Provola, on a velvety pepper cream with Grana Padano shavings.
🌱 Orecchiette in Napoli sauce with veal straccetti and beef bombetta – hearty, rustic, full of character.
🥩 Lamb ribs on a bed of spinach with mashed potatoes.
🐟 Grilled swordfish, served with vegetables and roasted potatoes.

💡 Did you know? Orecchiette, meaning “little ears”, originate from Puglia. Traditionally shaped by hand, legend says their round form symbolises the sky’s protective dome. A poetic touch for a dish that comforts on rainy days.
