Some mornings, the house speaks a little more softly. This Tuesday 14 July, MyCaffé opens as always at 6:30, with the scent of the first espresso drifting along Rue de la Fonte and croissants still warm behind the counter. Nothing changes for the early birds. Come in, sit down, take your time.

Then, at 8:30, the dining room lowers its voice. Until 9:45, it is privately reserved for a breakfast, a table of guests beginning their day with us over fresh bread, jams and the aroma of cappuccino. We love these moments when the café becomes someone’s living room for a morning.

And you? You are not forgotten, far from it. The counter keeps singing. Your drinks remain available to take away, ready to follow you to the office or on a stroll, or to enjoy on the terrace, where the July light is already doing its work. An espresso in the sun, the quiet hum of Belval waking up. There are worse ways to wait.

At 9:45, everything returns to normal. The dining room reopens its doors, the tables welcome back their regulars and the day carries on until 18:00, as it does every Tuesday.
