This week’s menu carries both freshness and comfort.

The risotto with clams and lime feels like the coast, bright and delicate. Cappellacci filled with cacio e pepe bring richness and depth. Maccheroni alla Diavola add a touch of boldness, while saffron and speck create warmth in every bite.

And when Wednesday’s sun arrives, the terrace becomes irresistible. A quick espresso standing at the bar. A relaxed lunch outside. A late afternoon coffee with something sweet.
