There is something special about the last week of February.

Risotto (Carnaroli)

Tagliatelle
With turmeric, tuna, peppers, and black olives

Golden turmeric blends with tuna and Mediterranean olives. Colourful, vibrant, full of character.

Fusilli
With turnip tops, clams, and cherry tomatoes

A dish that tastes like the Italian coast. Slight bitterness, gentle saltiness, natural sweetness, perfectly balanced.

Orecchiette
With mushrooms and aubergines, Napoli sauce, and shavings of Primo Sale cheese with chilli

Earthy vegetables, slow-cooked tomato sauce, and a delicate touch of chilli. Simple ingredients, generous flavour.
