After a weekend without you, we’re back with a Southern Italian-inspired menu that warms the soul.

The pasta of traditions

🟠 Orecchiette, which means “little ears”, are a Puglian specialty designed to catch every bit of sauce. This week, they come with fennel sausage, a Napoli sauce perfumed with basil, and a silky sweet pepper cream.

🟢 Our Cavatelli are paired with a smooth potato cream, fresh mussels, and a light tuft of broccoli rabe — a classic southern twist.

🍄 Porcini ravioli are gently laid on a courgette velouté, with touches of confit cherry tomatoes. Elegant, delicate, and comforting.

🥩 And for bold flavours, our horse steak with porcini, roasted potatoes and salad is a nod to hearty trattoria cuisine.
