A menu inspired by sunshine 🌞

🍝 Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, asparagus & lemon-scented scampi – light, bright, and full of Mediterranean charm.

🥟 Mezze Lune stuffed with Provola & aubergine, served on zucchini cream with crispy porchetta. Provola is a smoked cheese from Southern Italy, its flavour born from centuries-old traditions of wood smoking passed from generation to generation.

🐟 Grilled swordfish with vegetables – noble, festive, a staple of Sicilian celebrations.

🌱 Orecchiette with vegetarian ragù, with aubergines, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and Primo Sale with olives. These “little ears” of pasta from Puglia carry history in their shape, once crafted patiently by grandmothers for Sunday feasts.

🥩 Lamb ribs, grilled and tender, on a bed of spinach with roasted potatoes – hearty comfort in every bite.
