🦞 Tagliatelle with ½ Lobster, Cherry Tomatoes and Scampi

In the heart of Bologna, they say “il tortellone è una poesia fatta a mano”, a poem written in dough.
This version is filled with tender artichokes and cheese, then embraced by Napoli sauce, green beans, mushrooms, and a touch of chili-infused Primo Sale.

Here, they rest on a velvety carrot cream, enriched with spinach and crowned with crispy onion. It’s a gentle reminder that beauty often lies in simplicity.

A traditional dish from Puglia revisited with MyCaffé’s signature. The rustic notes of turnip tops and veal sausage are elevated by the subtle perfume of truffle.
