Location: MyCaffé, Belval
February begins quietly.
The days are still short, winter is still present, but something shifts. We start craving comforting dishes, honest flavours, moments that slow things down.
At MyCaffé, this first week of February, from Monday 2 to Friday 6, has been imagined exactly like that.
Italian cooking that does not try to impress, but to comfort. Food that feels familiar, generous and sincere.
This week’s menu tells Italy through contrast and balance.
The Carnaroli risotto with shrimp and lemon zest sets the tone. Creamy, delicate, bright. In Italy, risotto is a dish of patience. It is never rushed. It is stirred slowly, cared for, until it reaches its perfect texture. The lemon adds a touch of light, almost a promise of sunnier days ahead.
The ravioli filled with radicchio and Scamorza, served on tomato cream with walnuts and drops of Gorgonzola, bring depth and character. The bitterness of radicchio, the softness of cheese, the intensity of Gorgonzola. A plate rooted in terroir.
The gnocchi with zucchini cream, speck and chilli Primo Sale recall mountain kitchens. Comforting, generous food meant to warm both body and spirit.
And finally, the orecchiette with ’nduja, cabbage and crispy bread. Rustic, bold, unapologetic. ’Nduja, a Calabrian specialty, brings heat and personality. A dish that wakes you up.
At MyCaffé, the week is not only about lunch.
It starts with morning coffee, cappuccino held with both hands, conversations before the day fully begins.
And this week, from Wednesday to Friday, we extend those moments.
MyCaffé will be open until 7:00 pm, allowing space for slower afternoons and early evenings. More details will follow, but the intention is simple: take your time.
Saturday follows a different rhythm.
We prepare a special menu, designed as a moment in itself. A time to gather, to share, to enjoy food differently.
More will be revealed soon, but one thing is certain: Saturdays at MyCaffé are made for indulgence.
February begins like this.
Without rush.
With warmth on the plate and in the welcome.
We look forward to welcoming you. Buon appetito. 🇮🇹
